A brief introduction to YOGA
Contrary to the belief yoga is all about exercising,yoga is more about bringing co- ordination between mind and body.
Mind receives its inputs through the five senses of the body.
In yoga normally we physically work out our body to exhaust it so that the mind will not receive any input.
Lesser the inputs, calmer the mind.This helps for better focusing and it leads to better co- ordination of mind and body.
